Arrive early allowing time for preparation and changing – your therapist will talk you through your treatments before they begin. Disposable underwear can be provided with some treatments. On completion of treatments we offer the peace and tranquillity of our Coffee Lounge.
To avoid disappointment it is advisable to advance book at The Spa Reception for all services. Arriving early for your appointment helps us prepare you for your treatment, you may even have time for a drink! Treatments that start late due to arrival time of the client will finish on time especially if another client is due.
In the event of you being unable to make an appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Deposits may be required.
Certain treatments are subject to a medical questionnaire. Consultations are carried out to ensure you are advised accordingly. Please note all records are confidential.
Call out charge from £100.
Certain treatments require a skin test or strand test to determine the suitability of the treatment. Please allow for this when booking your appointment as you may be asked to call in a few days prior to your appointment. If a patch or skin test hasn’t been carried out, unfortunately, we can not carry out treatment.
Our licensed Coffee Lounge offers a range of refreshments and light meals available prior to, or after your treatment.
